I can't imagine a scenario in which Wall won't go #1. So, which situation could potentially create the best Blazers trade partner?

I've heard arguments for Minnesota, which could free up Rubio and/or Flynn. If G.S. won, Ellis would likely be on the block. But I'm leaning towards the Nets. If they get Wall, Harris could be on the block.

I think I can pretty much guarantee the Blazers won't be targeting Harris. Roy and McMillan have both said they need more outside shooting(I think we all agree on this), and Harris isn't really known as a great outside shooter.

I still think Conley could be the best fit for what the Blazers are looking for, but I'm not sure Memphis is willing to trade him or not, and not really sure what else is available.

You're probably right about Harris, although it's ironic because Miller can't shoot from outside either. Conley is an interesting idea.

Someone in the East but not New York. I don't want any team in the west getting better. It's already tough enough.

I'm not sure if it really matters which team gets Wall, I have this thought in the back of my head that the Blazers still won't be able or willing to go out and get whatever superfluous point guard is left over.
