Who visited Maurice Lucas on his birthday?

Maurice Lucas turned 58 today, and since there is a pretty good view of chez Lucas out of my house's front window (it kinda dominates the view), my mom got to see a veritable parade of Blazer dignitaries visit him while I was at work. Among them were Bill Schonely, Bobby Gross, and Jerome Kersey, but there was one that really stumped her. She described him as young, thin, black, about 6'3", had hair, "big" lips, and reminded her of Mike Ruffin. He was driving a cherry red truck, I think it was a Ford F-150. It could very well be nobody connected to the Blazers, but she's pretty sure it was somebody she'd seen in a basketball context before. Any ideas?

I went to school with both of them since the 4th grade, and my mom knows David (we see him over there often) and Maurice II (he never got that tall) as well.
