Who's been waived?

Nets traded Casper Ware to the Sixers for Marquis Teague is what I read.

The Toronto Raptors have waived Will Cherry and Jordan Hamilton.

Cherry played in five contests, averaging 3.4 points, 1.6 assists and 13.9 minutes.

Hamilton averaged 9.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and 18.3 minutes in six outings.

I've actually heard of all of those. And Ivan Johnson is scary.

Wow - Cunningham certainly deserved it (on the strength of his play last night, at least) but Ingles is good! He's one of the best Australian players.

I would love it if we sign Craft. I think he would be an ideal 3rd PG.
Ivan Johnson is also solid.

I don't get all this third of talk. We have time for dame and Blake to get minutes, if one of those isn't playing the point then we have nic and cj who can also handle the ball. I don't see any need for a 3rd string pg.

Somebody has to be the new Ronnie Price/Earl Watson. It's injury insurance. The thing about Craft is he actually does something NOBODY on our roster does: play tenacious PG defense.

The Portland Trail Blazers have waived Diante Garrett and Darius Morris.

Both players were expected to be waived and were on non-guaranteed contracts.

More players I've heard of. If you could combine Curry and Siva you'd have a really good, albeit small, player.

I'd pick up Curry for two reasons... I believe he will eventually stick in this league and I want his mom at our games because... MILF

Bad day for Aussies. Motum's pretty good, too. It's him dunking at 0:25 below:

Yeah, Craft is that kind of pest that you hate to play buy love to have.

I'd rather keep Victor and Allan Crabbe than pick up any of these guys. If anything happens which is unmentionable here and starts with the letter "i" you can always sign players to 10 day contracts, so I don't see that as incentive.

I'd like to keep them too. But I'd be down with trading Robinson and Barton for a reliable backup 3, and then picking Craft up to fill the open roster spot.

Robinson and Barton are going to get you better deals for sure. I think Stotts offense is more difficult to pick up than a lot of other coaches and both TRob and Will may be in a coaching mismatch for their skill sets.

Apparently our old pal Travis Outlaw is about to be waived by the Knicks, despite having a guaranteed contract. On the one hand, ouch - he's so useless they'll eat his contract, and on the other, he can at least cry himself to the bank.

That trade gives up way too much to work for me. Boston would jump on it in a heartbeat.
Are you kidding? That's basically three third stringers for a guy who could start on half the teams in the league. I'd be thrilled if that deal were to go down

Step right up folks! Everyone's a winner!

Per the Hollinger line, that's a net plus 53 wins for the two teams!

Portland gets a plus 20, which puts us at 74 wins next season! What's not to like??!!1!! ;)

We don't need Victor. Wright was a bust last season. TRob is a manster, and a decent project backup PF, but he's expendable, as is his contract.

Unless Olshey would vetoe it due to the salary implications next summer, I'd have to give it a thumbs up.

(Edit: I was responding to the Green trade.)
