What green room guy is going to be slipping further than expected and have to show his embarassed mug on national TV? It happens every year.

I think its going to be Waiters. Waiting around until the mid-teens.

I think it's going to be Lillard.

10-20 is more his range, like a few scouts have said.

Okay I have to admit this made me laugh. MZ saying Waiters will slip, less than a minute later Fez saying it'll be Lillard that will slip.

Can someone post a list of who got invited to the green room?

I don't know why, but I think there's a slim chance that MKG slips further than expected. If Paul Pierce can slip to 10, MKG can slip out of the top 6.

Actually I do know why.... he's not very athletic, his shot looks terrible, and he's playing a position that usually typifies some of the most athletic players in the game. I'm not sold on him at all.

I don't see MKG slipping past 5. I'd love for it to happen though. The guy is a thoroughbred in the open court and is about as good as it gets at perimeter defense. He has the will to win, too.

I think if MKG or Robinson makes it to 6 it'll be considered a major "slip" by the media, and both could happen.

I think Rivers is reached for, and I think Zeller and Ross are the last guys standing. I don't think Ross gets past 18, and I don't think Zeller goes past Boston at 21/22

Jonathan Givony: Green Room Invites officially released. Same 14 from yesterday. Davis, T-Rob, Beal, MKG, Barnes, Lillard, Waiters, Rivers, Drummond, Lamb, Henson, Zeller, Ross, Leonard 3 minutes ago

Of that group, I'm going to guess Rivers. Everyone talks Rivers, but I think they may all be smoke screens.

Lamb (shoulder issues) and Leonard are possibilities too.

Terrence Ross will be a baller. He'll go earlier than people think imo.

I'd pass on MKG probably. Could see him falling.

But his shot is so sketch... and he's lacking the athleticism of a Marion or a Carter. Both those guys were amazing in the open floor and had sketchy shots, but could jump out of the gym. MKG seems like a super role player to me. I don't see him as a star, which is what we should be shooting for.

He plays nothing like Carter. A lot like Marion. Kinda an Artest type guy. Just tough as nails. Agree I don't think he'll be star, but a fringe All-Star and maybe a couple appearances and pain in the ass on defense. I think he'd be a great pair next to Aldridge.

His draft express video shows him absolutely smothering several players to the point where they go into panic mode. The art of great defense.

Based on which Mock? This website has Waiters at 24, Ross at 22, and Lillard at 16.

I can't see any of them dropping from those spots.

If we were to pick up MKG at 6, I would say do a sign-and-trade with Batum.

Swishscout is fez's favorite place. Surprising if they have waiters going 24. Swishscout must take into account all the cheeseburgers.he will consume after signing that contract.

I thought Batum looked good at the 2 this year.

I'm still not sold on him, and the contract he's likely to get makes him less appealing to me. If we could get a decent two at 11 and MKG at 6, I'd trade Batum for some frontcourt help or another high draft pick for next summer. At least keep our options open. MKG makes Batum expendable imo.

Batum is more of a SG in the Rip Hamilton mold. I would prefer someone who attacks the basket a little better at the 2. But teamed up with a PG who attacks the basket and a MKG..... it could work.

Hamilton was a key player on Championship team.

I think Rivers is going to be the most volatile of the potential lotto guys. Opinions seem to range from GMs love him to GMs hate him. Unless there's a team that is in love with him between 8 and 14 it will be interesting to see who really likes him and who doesn't so much.

Batum is nothing like Rip Hamilton. Rip was one of the best mid range shooters in the game.

How stupid was Sullinger for not declaring last year? He probly woulda went #2 overall, now he's not even invited to the green room.
