So, last year Olshey was on Hibbert's doorstep one second after midnight with a big fat offer. Is there anyone that he'd do that for this year?

we'll find out in about 5 hours.

Two people got in before I'd even finished the poll. Get a life you people!

Josh Smith. He may play PF and not C, but he has a game that will perfectly mesh with LMA. What one has, the other is missing, visa versa. It might not be a C, but is a great running-mate for LMA.

I think it is Pekovic even though I also think that is a bad idea. He is going to get matched.

Well, I guess the answer was "Thomas Robinson", because there goes the cap space to go after anyone really interesting.

Quick suggests maybe Pachulia is that guy for Portland.

Holy hell.

Pachulia is a surprisingly decent 10 mpg guy. Better him than Jermaine or Dalembert. But yeah, pretty bathetic.

Defense! LaMarcus wants a center who plays defense!

And so do I.

They are waiting for Dwight Howard dominoes to fall. Might get Asik. RT @Nick253_: Still no legitimate center in Portland -- @JonesOnTheNBA

I did other because I honestly believe it's Evans.

But there's this:

Marc Stein ‏@ESPNSteinLine 1m
Pelicans will have a face to face with Tyreke Evans tonight after free agency commences at 12:01 AM ET, ESPN has learned

Splitter, Dalembert, or Mozgov are my guesses. The Blazers decided to not go after any free agent that would earn over $9million which allowed them to do the TRob trade. We might just end up waiting for the big free agent dominos to fall then hope to snag up some value pickings of whats left.

The #Blazers have reached out to free agent center Zaza Puchulia, a league source informed @CSNNW. The dialogue will continue.

I see comments about Splitter online. How can we be after Splitter, Pachulia AND Kaman at the same time? Also Tony Allen. If it was Splitter and Allen, that would be awesome. But also impossible.

"reaching out to," "showing interest in," and "meeting with" is different from extending an offer I guess.
