I miss the fireworks from last year. Quick, someone with a temper and an addiction to S2 needs to get blackout drunk get to work.

Maybe the pick was a good one all around? Maybe we didn't draft on need; but more importantly on the BPA?

MediocreMan is trying to, but I don't think his heart is in it.

Quick someone call HCP and tell him. He can have a meltdown for sure!

Everyone is worn out by the LMA talk the last few days.

Yes, I am worn out by the ridiculous LMA rumors and stupid trade ideas that have dominated this board the last few days.

That, I think McCollum solves a need off the bench.

I'm not as excited as everyone else about CJ, but at the same time I don't think there was anyone taken after him that I would have picked so I'm really more in a "meh" kind of place. I think CJ replicates a lot of what we already have in Lillard, and I think it's nice to have a quality scorer coming off the bench, but I think I would have rather traded the pick if that's the case. Quick is saying we're targeting a small forward and a center in free agency, but I don't see how we're going to fill those holes with 11 million. We could probably fill one hole, but both? I'm not so sure.

I'd like to say McCollum is fools good and you're buying into it, but that'd be someone's sig and an incorrect statement two drafts in a row.

SlyPokerDog is a bitch.

I don't think we need to fill SF in free agency. Batum (healthy this year) is great to start and we can take care of the backup with players already on the team or ones we draft in second round. I just don't understand the idea that we were targeting a SF at all.

I'm holding out hope for Gortat/Asik via trade. And then using out FA money to fill other holes. We'd be young, deeper than last year, and overall more talented. We'd likely be a low-see playoff team, but a playoff team nonetheless. And with a young roster, there'd still be room for natural growth from within.

I still like this idea of Tony Allen. I dunno if it really is legit he'd like to come here, but if he's interested..,

I'm curious if Houston is willing to just dump Asik for cap space. Are they looking to get anything back or are they just trying to clear room for Howard?

Here's my meltdown. Im pissed at Aldridge for wanting a trade and disappointed that management will do anything to try and appease him and probably keep him until near the trade deadline when we pick up meaningless wins. We better trade him before the regular season so we can compete with Philly, Charlotte, Cleveland, Phoenix, and now Boston.
