DeSantis is Trump part 2. He knows what he’s doing. Intentionally creating controversy Over nothing to fire up the brainless base. He’s working the trump playbook perfectly and nothing anyone can do about it. DeSantis, like Trump, doesn’t have supporters, he has fans.

Plenty of morons to cheer on whatever he does, without knowing if it's anything at all beneficial. Or what it is. Owning the libs is action! My liberal sister loves him!!

You really wouldn't vote for him if he were the nominee?

DeSantis doesn't stand a chance if Trump runs, which he will because his ego. DeSantis probably won't even run if Trump does. It would be stupid. His supporters are Trump Supporters.

I personally am praying that Trump runs. Because I believe he will lose by an even larger margin than in 2020. All he has to sell is the Big Lie and there are plenty of voters ("real" Republicans) who are sick and tired of it. The last person I want to see run is DeathSentence. He is Trump with brains and determination (along with an utter lack of conscience), which makes him far more dangerous. American democracy is already on the ropes. DeSantis will kill it completely.

The Republicans are fixing Arizona and Georgia along with other states with new bullshit laws so they won't go blue again. It's going to be harder for Biden to win and much easier for the Republican candidate... presumably Trump.
 
One reason to vote for him in the primary is that he would lose in the General Election by a margin rivaling Trump.

I don't think DeSantis wants to be VP. Like Trump it's the top spot or none.

So he can lose popular vote for a 3rd time. Trump fans hate the fact that Trump has never run for a political office and actually received more votes than his challenger. It has never happened.

Independent review showed the 54 math textbooks DeathSantis banned do not teach critical race theory. Hardly surprising since critical race theory is a law school course. But they are still banned. Daughters of the Confederacy, now renamed with no sense of irony Moms for Liberty, wants math books banned due to problems that talk about female athletes paid less and impact of racial discrimination on education.
A textbook DeathSantis did approve depicts almost entirely white people, except a picture of Black basketball players.

In the rights continued attack on Disney, Missouri Senator Josh Hawley is putting forth a bill that would limit copyright protections to 56 years and would retroactively apply to all existing copy rights, just to take away Disney's copyright to Mickey Mouse.

It would also take away many other people's copyrights. Going to piss a lot of people off if it goes through, which it shouldn't.
