And its not good. For Hilliar Clinton.

Top officials at the Democratic National Committee (DNC) privately planned how to undermineBernie Sanders’s presidential campaign, according to a trove of emails released by WikiLeaks on Friday.

The Sanders campaign had long claimed the DNC and Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz had tipped the scales in favor of Hillary Clinton during the party’s presidential primary.

The email release will reignite that controversy just days before Democrats gather in Philadelphia for their convention to officially nominate Clinton for president.

Guccifer 2.0 told The Hill he leaked the documents to Wikileaks.

In one May 21 email, DNC press secretary Mark Paustenbach writes to communications director Luis Miranda about planting a narrative to the media that Sanders’s “campaign was a mess.”

“Specifically, [Wasserman Schultz] had to call Bernie directly in order to get the campaign to do things because they'd either ignored or forgotten to something critical,” he wrote.

“It's not a DNC conspiracy, it's because they never had their act together,” Paustenbach concluded.

In another email from early May, DNC CFO Brad Marshall appears to write about a plan to question Sanders’s religion.

The email does not name the Vermont senator, but it talks about a man of “Jewish heritage” Marshall believes to be an atheist. It makes reference to voters in Kentucky and West Virginia, two states that were holding upcoming primary elections.

“It might may no difference, but for KY and WVA can we get someone to ask his belief. Does he believe in a God. He had skated on saying he has a Jewish heritage. I think I read he is an atheist. This could make several points difference with my peeps. My Southern Baptist peeps would draw a big difference between a Jew and an atheist,” the email says.

Marshall did not respond to a request for comment. But he did tell The Intercept, which first noticed the email, “I do not recall this. I can say it would not have been Sanders. It would probably be about a surrogate.”

Wasserman Schultz wrote in May that Sanders "isn't going to be president" and in April that he “has no understanding of” the Democratic Party.

I wonder how much longer Wikileaks will be on Twitter....

To expand on that point. Haven't we all basically known for ages that the charade of a primary is more about coronation than selection? The only time it goes off script is when the presumptive nominee is so weak they completely bungle what is handed to them (Jeb Bush, et al.)

Obama 2008.

Can we just gift wrap Hillary this election now to save Trump the embarrassment of the voting numbers at the end. I'm not even a Hillary fan either.

This is gonna be a shit show next week! :MARIS61:

The emails have been fun to read, hopefully Twitter doesn't start up its fuckery again like they did when they banned Milo.

Wasn't the Ghostbuster lady that got him banned actually doing the things Twitter banned him for supposedly doing?

Yeah, its pretty ridiculous that he gets banned yet they have Isis Members on Twitter lol

Political incorrectness is actually a great sin than anything ISIS does. ISIS may do lots of things, but it doesn't invade our safe space on Twitter.

Wonder if there will be a false flag before the DNC to make this go away.

These election campaigns are brutal...should have 6 weeks of campaign and vote..it just gets uglier as the months drag on. I don't think there's another country on the planet that parades presidential campaigns for over a year of our lives. It's become a money dump for dirt on the opposition, which is always there to find. Again....the job just doesn't attract talent anymore if it ever did.

Early in the race, Hillary made a statement that Bernie’s ideas would not work. At the time, I thought this was a strange comment for one Democrat to say about another. But it made me take a hard long look at Bernie’s ideas.

To make a long story short, I agree with Hillary. Bernie’s ideas will not work, they would kill our country. His ideas would bankrupt our country and cause high unemployment.

Our country has been built on the back of jobs created by businesses, both large and small. What people do not understand is, 80% of all new businesses fail in the first 18 months. These are hard working people that took a chance to improve their lives. They worked countless hours with no overtime pay, or even a guaranteed hourly wage. And the majority lost money for their efforts. The minority that succeeded are going to be punished by Bernie to make it even less attractive to be in business. It will be more difficult to start up new businesses. Many businesses that are now successful will either fail under Bernie’s plan, or, be forced to move some of their jobs to other countries. Bernie’s plan is a lose, lose, lose proposition.

I applaud the Democratic Party for understanding this, and backing the candidate that will do the least amount of harm to our country.

The more I look into Bernie, the less I like him. He is a loser, with loser ideas.
