That was filmed in NY right? I don't know the voter laws in that state. Is that a state where ID is suppose to be shown? If it isn't then yes, if the only person you ask to see ID from is in a burka that's being racist.
And as I already said, if the affidavit was signed and the vote was counted (we wouldn't know this until after the votes are counted) then it's a huge problem. I see the lady in the burka repeatedly ask to vote with the machine instead of filling out the affidavit and paper ballot and being told no. That doesn't prove fraud. That actually shows people trying to prevent fraud by following a set of rules.

If you've voted in New York before, you don’t need to provide ID to vote in person.
