I think this is a great ideo, it will expose many goverments' foul play, and hopefully lead to a better world.

In theory a good idea.

In practice it will just be a breeding ground for conspiracies, and idiots.

But if it makes a change it will be worth it, but it also all depends on which side of the fence you are on.
