Pretty sure it's not the first time they've been sued... and most likely won't be the last. Sleezeball organization.

I guess I was looking at it from a legal perspective. A judge with the ability to disagree with a jury. A plaintiff attorney who doesn't inform he defense of the new bench trial. A bench trial judge hammering the defense when they aren't present rather than inquiring first as to why they aren't there... Unbelievable. stuff.

There's douches out there that pay for porn. A buddy of mine has a couple subscriptions to sites. I personally don't get it, but he says it has options like webcams and all that stuff. He also makes a lot of money so he doesn't mind throwing it away. I'm sure there's probably a lot of people out there like that. Porn has its fanatics. They have message boards about porn.

A few years ago, the top guy was held in jail in Florida for almost a year without any conviction. They were just harrassing him because they didn't like the nighttime TV commercials.
