Will Blazers protest the anthem this year?

You understand those tickets were already sold, right?
They like to compare ratings from Cowboys games to Saints vs Bills or some other shitty games too.

I don't know if ratings are going to be affected by this but let's be honest about it.

Man on man crime is the real culprit. Get your fucking culture right before you ask us outside of the culture to care.

Nobody talks about the real problem, which is asshole-on-asshole crime.

It's not about any of that. The meme is about the hypocrisy of the right wing. They say "don't protest at work" but ol' girl did and they loved her for it.

Conservatives did not "love" her, nor did they support her.

Fundamentalist extremists, a small minority of Americans, supported her, while probably over 90% of Americans did not. She was pretty much ridiculed by nearly everyone, although the fake news networks attempted to portray it differently.

Complex? Not complex at all. Even the slowest dude on a ship knows enough to salute the flag when the time comes.

...looked like everyone was standing during the anthem at Fan Fest (but those two singers, not sure what they were singing at the end of the song :dunno:)

The hosts at the time on TV seemed very happy to report this to the viewers at home.

In exchange for not kneeling during the anthem, Ford told the players this week she will help back the causes they choose. Abdullah and Washington both stood during the anthem and linked arms with their teammates.

"She just asked us not to take the knee and basically told us -- not basically, she told us she would back and support financially as well as put her name on whatever issues that we wanted to try to attack," Washington told the Free Press. "But as far as the kneeling, she just I guess felt like there was better ways to get the point across. And at this point, people know what we're kneeling for so now trying to take that next step in the plan of action to foster change is, that's the next part, and that's the part she's willing to get behind."

"there were probably alternate reasons"

Hard to put money behind this cause. ^^^
Perhaps it even makes it more clear that hijacking the Anthem is the salient cause and doing it just to piss people off can not help any other possible cause.

This is a load of CRAP when conservative candidate for president Mike Huckabee is standing right next to her. You're not making sense and @bodyman5000 and 1 you're foolish for liking this post.

She was LAUDED by conservatives.

I like posts that make me laugh. I like posts that are stupid and the post responding to it.

If you judge how I feel about something by likes you're going to get confused.

The only part I liked about it was that most of us thought she was stupid. Mike Hukadouche isn't my idea of most Americans.

So yes there were lots of conservatives who loved Kim Davis for protesting at her job.

When you have several conservative presidential candidates lauding her and several in the "grey area", that means the number of regular constituents who approved of her protest has to number in the millions.

30 million would mean 90 percent think it was wrong.

I'm sure there are plenty of Republicans who swallow what their masters say.
