Oh yeah. Kurt Thomas is too much of a pro to let this get to him so much that he makes a rash decision. The Knicks with him and McDyess is better than the Knicks with just him and just McDyess. And I think he realizes that he's better to bring off the bench because he can sub for either Dice at the 4 or Deke at the 5.
I know he's upset right now, but probably more that the decision was made so quickly. I think he knew that when the Knicks picked up Dice it meant he was moving to the bench sooner or later. Actually, it is rather later, considering all the time Kurt has started while Dice was hurt.
He'll get over it, and the Knicks will be a much improved team. If not...they can kiss the playoffs goodbye, even with a repaired Dice and a rejuvenated Deke.
