This topic is a dead horse.
Most the board thinks he's a scrub that has no upside. Yawn.
It's like fans have no concept of upside, especially with bigs. 90% of bigs that come into the NBA couldn't dream of having the natural abilities that Leonard has. He just needs to learn the game, fine tune some things, and play, play, play.
He'll be just fine.
The fans that are devastated that we should have drafted a scrub like Lamb instead are just trolling at this point.
Bull Dada.
The BPA was John Henson. Baseball has a term for guys like Lynyrd - "tools goof". He looks like he should be a player, but the whole is way less than the sum of the parts. Henson may not be as impressive to a tape measure, but he is actually a good player.
I am sick to death with the idea that "potential" is more important that production. Give me rookies like Lillard and CJ over the Lynyrd/Adams/Gobert types any day!
