Waiving a contract doesnt make it go away, it stays on your book for the full amount. You only create roster spot by doing that and won't save any money.

I have never been a no tank guy. Last year I was livid that we didn't do the smart thing to improve our chances at the lotto and our pick in general.

This year we have a chance to get the young guys on this team some minutes in games that matter. I agree we need more talent so I'm not going to be angry if we miss the playoffs or even the play-ins. I just don't think tanking makes sesne at this point... I also don't think rushing anyone back from injury makes sense at this point either.

Kind of in limbo.
