Will the Yankees Win the AL East?

The yanks have played really well as of late they took the first 3 out of 5 from the sox and it looks like the redsox are ready to collapse what are your thoughts?

Yes, the Yankees will win the AL East. They did indeed take the first 3 out of 5 against the Sox in this series, and have looked good in doing so (offensively atleast). The next two games are must-win games for Boston if they want to win the division, otherwise they'll have to settle to try and win the Wild Card.

I don't see the redsox winning the wildcard so if they want to make the playoffs they better start playing better and try to win the east. The 2nd game of yesterdays double header was a great game for the yankees even though it took forever (since they set the record for the longest game in MLB history for a 9 inning game) i think they showed a lot of heart coming back and it should help them down the road

the only shot i see the redsox winning this weekend is tomarrow when they have schilling going, besides for that i think the yankees will end up destroying the redsox hopes
