the 420-439 channels don't have anything except that 5minute loop of Nash, Arenas, Wade, etc. talking about how great the NBA is and how, if you sign up RIGHT NOW, you get the low preseason price. Up to and including the last preseason game.

Yes. local statsions are never allowed to stream NBA radio broadcasts, but if there is a radio call you can get the stream through NBA audio league pass, which is free.
