Trade Willie Cauley Stein anyone?

Doesn't fit a bad team that has trouble developing players... Sounds like a good fit to me. But I don't know if they are reasonable about what we have to give up.

my guess is they would rather keep him and plug him into boogie's roll when they trade him. they will get more back for boogie, and I'm sure have high hopes for stein's development.

He's like Nerlens Noel in that he's a no-offense big who is incredibly defensively versatile. Maybe he'll follow the Marcus Camby development path, or maybe he won't. We definitely need the best case scenario of him, but will that be him?

I love him. I'd deal Plums for WCS.

Maybe Turner/Plums to SAC, Gay/WCS to BRK, BroLo to Portland

We need rim protector and he young and he might better then we got. They need 2 guard I would send Crabbe and one the young guys in for gay and stein. I don't know where there salary cap is that you have to consider. I don't think they want Turner due to they need a player that can score from the outside.

WCS has been pretty poor defensively in a team concept hasn't he?
Already have a player like that.
Vonleh so who you want. Vonleh or WCS?

Boogie is all I want from SAC.

WCS is a poor man's Ezeli. With even less offensive game.

Lopez is too slow and injury prone to help his team in what we need
Check his games played these past couple years: he's not as "injury prone" as you think. In addition to the scoring punch he would provide, he's also a better low post defender/shot blocker than you probably realize. He would make us significantly better, and perhaps be able to teach MyLe how to use the few skills he has.

Nice thing is we get to see Stein play tonight against our centers.

Question - Does Boogie get a T tonight. Or 2? :ygrin:

He'll no, Turner and plums for an aging Brook Lopez with a foot out the door...hell no

He's aging... but that's the case for us all, unfortunately.

In terms of whether he's old or too old... he's about two years older than Lillard, so he seems to fit into our team's timeframe pretty well.

Turner and plums for BroLo is a great deal. First of all, Turner is gone which is great. Second, we finally have that 3rd scorer. I'd do it.

Why are they trading him? He sounds like a supersized Evan Turner.
