j/kI think you need to add another layer of the pic and set it to soft light or like 70% overlay to brighten up the pic a little, unless you wanted it like that.

It looks good minus the text, I'd switch up your choice of font and go from there. Also--Theres no reason to have both his initials AND his name, one or the other.
