I'll guess for fun if for some reason I were to win you can give it to the next person. Realistically I see us going 5-5 based on the teams in that 10 game stretch and knowing how inconsistent we are.
I think we will beat Dallas, Bulls, Charlotte, Sacramento and Utah. See losses to the Clippers, Toronto, Boston, Detroit and Golden State.

All you have to do is guess the W-L record of the next 10 games (Starting with Dallas on the January 26th). Closest one will win. In the event of a tie, we will use random.org to pick a winner (winners will be designated a number and the corresponding person to the number given from random.org wins)

To allow for more people a chance to win, the closest will be both up and down from the W-L record that occurs. I.E. If the team goes 5-5 on the next 10 games, if there are answers of 5-5, 4-6, and 6-4, all those entries will have a chance.

Got it? Good. Leave your answers in a reply and I will keep tabs on it. Good luck to everyone, this is a hell of a prize!

Game 5: @Boston (2/4) Special NOON EST start time (9 AM PST)

Game 7: Charlotte (2/8)
Game 8: @Sacremento (2/9)
Game 9: Utah (2/11)
Game 10: Golden State (2/14)

Again, put your results in a reply. BOLD your answers so I can easily distinguish them. You are free to write thoughts on games, reasonings, etc, but bold your answers.

Will people who have already made predictions be able to change them if they want?
 
Why would the Blazers want to give us a gift to be given to someone who thinks we'll lose a game? Essentially, if you WANT the prize and don't pick 10-0, you'll be rooting for the team to lose games. Bullshit contest. Everyone's answer should be the same as mine:

I am not seeing why people should just now be allowed to enter this contest. We have had a game in the books already. Even when we are late in doing over/under's we do just the 2nd half contest so people don't get an unfair advantage.

If you want people to enter now you might as well say how are we doing in our next 9?

Very solid point. Doesnt matter to me but IF IT DID, this is not fair at all ( I know, life isnt fair, but we try to leave that life out of the forum right?)

How can you legit allow people to enter this cont4est after a game has already been played?
 
I asked Strenuus to come up with a contest and run it. He did and I think it's great. It's not easy to come up with a contest that is perfect and fair. Every contest and giveaway I've run I've gotten complaints about. He's trying and I think he's doing a great job. Instead of bitching how about a little encouragement or friendly suggestions. "Hey, I really appreciate you doing this but maybe next time..."

If you don't like this contest, don't think it's fair, or whatever, you have two options, 1. Blame me. It's my fault for not overseeing this more closely. 2. Don't play.

This is a great thing you guys are doing, I'm just pointing out the LV gambling laws that do not permit bets to be submitted after the start of the event. ;)

No skin off my back, like I said.

I appreciate everyone who volunteers to be staff and put in work for this great community and because of that I will always have their backs.
