I watched the last play about 20 times I can't really figure out what the hell happened. It looks like LMA 's got away from him which caused Wes to pause for a sec at the same time Crawford slipped through and tripped up LMA which slowed down Wes even more and Crawford gets a pretty clean look and nails it. What a weird play.

I'm surprised we didn't put Nic on Crawford.

So 7 mm per for a backup PF that gives up what he gives you?

You can't see the future man, I going to leave it at that. There is no way imo that he would give up what he gives you coming off the bench playing predominantly against backup bigs.

I didn't get to watch the game, but I have to say reading through the whole game thread from start to finish was pretty entertaining. Thanks guys!

As for Lillard he can be so damned good sometimes that it's easy to forget he is a rookie. At least he is learning from those situations but I absolutely agree that we are such a better team when he is more aggressive and that needs to be more than just the 4th.

I don't believe it is me who can't see the future in our conversation. So your philosophy on building a winning team is to pay a player 7 mm per because he can dominate scrubs?

I think he can dominate more then scrubs. He is playing out of position remember. That doesn't mean you don't move him to the bench though. It could improve the starting lineup (if you get a legit Center) and the bench unit (which is pathetic)

I know the future, and the future is Pau!

The scary thing is he can do this every time. Or at least it looks like it.

I would like to think POR could win every game but really the next 3 games are brutal. We could be going 0-9

Wowza!

The best thing about that dunk is when it bounces of Nene's face. Classic.

I watched the WHOLE game and reading this thread was VERY entertaining.

Looks like Jeffries talked to the team post game......

Immediately following the game, there wasn't much talk coming from the Trail Blazers' locker room, so Jared Jeffries used that silent time to address the team. He basically gave his reasoning to why the Trail Blazers have been struggling of late and he offered a solution.

“I said we got to stop this bleeding,” Jeffries said. “We got to stop (expletive) around at the beginning of the game. You can't let a team come in and get into a rhythm. If we let guys come in and get a rhythm and get comfortable, you let Martell [Webster] get comfortable and as soon as Crawford checks in the game, he gets comfortable then you wonder why he makes a shot like that. It's because you didn't take him away early, you didn't mess with his confidence at all.”

Aldridge escapes blame every time. He is too uncoordinated to play forward. He will bobble the layup and misdribble every time there's stress.

Only thing good about tonights game.......... to check out Martell's ride he rolled to the game! GOD DAMN!!!!

He bought a place somewhere in the West Hills, correct?

Btw, for such a mediocre player, it's a damn shame he can afford such a beast of a car (V10 R8)

We needed Camby tonight. He would have put some toughness into this team.

That was one hell of a fight. Anyone sensitive to flowing blood had better not watch.

The HCP would have had better replays. Amateurs.

;)

You know who wins that contest? Chris Duhon........ has a fly yellow convertible Lamborghini!!!!!!

Just talking about that fight last night! Yeah, those DC guys can't do the job I do! #flawless

They get paid to care. They get paid more than every poster on this board combined, to care. We are the ones who pay them to care. They should care.

I think we all make more combined than Will Barton.

For the love of everything sacred KS, please bring back the kidnapper game thread!
