They were the kids of a friend of the bartender's. It just blew my mind after spending time working under the OLCC's watch. And if you look closely, there is a half finished beer in front of one of those girls. In Portland, that would get the bartender a 3000 dollar fine, the owners an even larger fine, and the worker would be blackballed from the industry. I think the difference in regulation is funny.
