Actually women in Iran have more rights than women in SA. But women in both countries have less rights than they do here. I think even muslims would agree with that.

Dude, this isn't some mystery here. Islam is not a friendly religion to women. Or gays. Or Christians. The religion itself has not Reformed; it's still stuck in the 7th Century.

You can CALL yourself a Muslim, but if you practice feminism, then you're not really a Muslim.

you can find all sorts of barbarism in medieval religious translations...even Christianity....modern muslims do not all subscribe to those forms of Islamic practice....I promise you, when a young person gets a chance to fly to Dubai from Tehran....the makeup comes out and the liquor starts flowing...I've had conversations with young people from Iran living in asia.....they're not all like the old mullah's that suppress them at home...sort of like modern Christian kids that don't wait until marriage to get laid...it's a new world out there.
