I know. I hate using my schedule as an excuse, but take this past week for example. Since we got back from SLC last Thursday night, I have been to the gym everyday and hit the stairs for about 30-45 minutes each day (easing my way back into it) Now I just left today and am now down here in Vegas working 15 hour days and won't be home til Sunday night. As soon as I get back into the mode of busting my ass, I have to take some time off. I know some is better then nothing, it just gets frustrating to kill my momentum.
You work out a lot man?
interval training. walk...jog...walk...run....walk....run....walk...jog...walk....
Why? Why not just hit the stairs for 30 minutes in a row?
So to break it down to it's simplest ........ hit the stairs everyday and quit drinking Pepsi and I can't help but lose weight!
I actually don't eat that bad anymore....... I'm just addicted to soda! I realize how bad it is, but I just can't quit. I rarely drink and don't smoke. If I can kick this habit, I'll be a happy ass gangsta'!
I have to eat under a thousand calories per day to not gain weight. Today I ate a third cup of quinoa with a ninth quart of oysters (330 calories, 38 grams protein), a cup of green beans (30 calories), a cup of coffee with chocolate powder (10 calories), some zero-calorie soft drink, and for dessert 10 wheat saltine crackers (110 calories). Then I had about 3 jiggers of rum with no-calorie coke (210 calories), but who's counting. Got myself at 160 pounds and holding steady.
(pats self on back, feels pain in shoulder)
How much time and energy did you put into that gibberish?
Oysters are good though. Love them things.
::BUMP::
I've started a new program modeled after the golden era of bodybuilding.
Heavy and hard.
I've tried a lot of pre-workout supps and not one has really worked. The one I'm trying now is called EPO Blast: LINK
Arnold had a pretty gnarly cycle:
26 weeks: Primobolan Enanthate, Dianabol and Deca (various doses)
Have you tried Driven Sports Craze?::BUMP::

The potency of the steroids back then weren't what they are today. Many guys today have that cartoon-ish look from all the synthol they take.
Arnold was notorious for the amount of volume he lifted. He'd lift for 8 hours a day. Guys today don't nearly as much volume and spend all their time eating ridiculous amounts.

Because Arnold didn't look cartoonish at all
Synthol looks horrible.
Have you tried any kind of anabolics?
Oldschool bodybuilding looks a lot better.
The HGH build is flat out ugly. You have a keg/gut but at the same time you have defined abs.
White Flood is definitely up there for me. Craze though is amazing and I recommend it if you haven't tried it. An absolutely insane focus/energy/endurance. The first time I took it I lifted for nearly 3 hours and could have kept going...the crazy (no pun intended) thing is is that there is absolutely no crash whatsoever and it actually acts as a a relatively decent appetite suppressant.Best preworkout I've taken is White Flood. Its the most reasonably priced, too. 100 servings for $40. Can't beat that. Its been my go to for a year.

For me PWO would definitely go:
1) Craze
2) White Flood
3) MP Assault
It's definitely not a common occurrence, but it was a weekend and I literally felt like a machine. At one point I looked up at the clock during my workout and it had already been 2 hours.Nice choice in preworkouts. But, I gotta ask, whats the point in lifting for 3 hours. Counter productive unless your on steroids.
