The workers at the two Bally's that I gone to for 13 years and I share this as a running joke. I take my two weeks off immediately after the Holiday season. Saturday is the first day back for me in a few weeks. It's called "Busy Season", but the sales' reps at the gym do love it, as do the Personal Trainers.

Heck, I'm all for everyone exercising, but after a month, most of the larger people tend to disappear, and it's just the regulars again.

You don't know how to work out. You don't have to lie to hang in this thread. I won't judge. I promise!

For some reason I was re-reading this thread. It occurred to me how happy I am that I didn't grow up with a dad thats as rotten of a person as you are. For that, I'm forever grateful.

I actually haven't looked into taking multivitamins. I'll stop by GNC later today.
 
I hit a plateau, so I started doing dropsets. Holy shit, my chest has been exploding since.

Make sure you're getting a WHOLE FOOD multivitamin.

Vitamin D3 2500iu(multi's have them but not enough)
Fish Oil(pharmaceutical grade)
Vitamin C(1000mg)

I have this nagging ache in my left arm. Feels like it could be my shoulder but it's one of those pains that are hard to locate. Should I get it checked out or just put it down to the usual muscle pains?

Started working out my legs recently, noticed a big boost in energy when I'm doing upper body work too.

Take a week off and see if it goes away. Legs will definitely give a testosterone boost.

Good advice for lifting is listen to your body. If you think you're pushing something to hard, like a shoulder joint, stop and give it some time off.

Depends on your insurance maybe? I was just kidding really. My younger brother was pitching in districts in high school and had tendonitis. He was the best pitcher on the staff and they needed him so my dad took him to the doctor and had a cortizone shot. He was fine. Probably not the smartest idea, but he really wanted to play and it was his senior year.
 
So I decided to just ignore it and quit doing the machine that seems to cause the pain. I still got a slight ache after shoulder press but it's no biggie. If it starts to ache more frequently then I'll get it checked out. I honestly can't be fucked to book an appointment.
 
Bro if its your shoulders, take it easy. If you fuck up a shoulder, its a bitch to get it back to form and get back in the gym.
 
hit the gym tonight. felt pretty good. not big into lifting but I will try to get more into it....feels good.

Soccer has been awesome lately. Team is playing better than ever.

E.P. Start slow man and ease your way into heavier weight. If you need a routine to follow I'd be happy to help.
 
I'm a little afraid to do 3 scoops of jack'd. I get so wired post workout, like a want to punch someone in the face. Think I might do it with 3!
