It depends on what you mean.

If you mean agree with me on every current issue, then politics would simply apply to smaller or different issues where there was disagreement. I think it would be human nature to make those other issues into the subject of the same amount of political disagreements as we have now. See, e.g., drag queen story hour.

If everyone literally had the same thoughts as me about everything, would the rest of you even qualify as human?

But maybe you mean think about political issues in the same way that I do? I can think of some people that might help, but I wouldn't want to say that would make the world run better.

It is not the politics that is ruining the world. It is the extreme level of corruption that is ruining the world. Everyone agreeing with each other won't change the world while it is this corrupt.
