Absolutely. My daughter knows that I'm a nerd, and she proudly tells people that I am too. No shame in being what I am.
 
Sure, why not? However, I generally don't purchase any clothing with messages on it.
 
Put "Stat" in front of geek and I'm all for it. I'm not really too geeky other than that, at least in terms of the traditional geek/nerd stereotypes.

I don't have kids, but if I did I would not let them wear Comic Sans.
