Arkansas currently bans Atheists from holding office, or being a witness in court.

HJR 1009: AMENDING THE ARKANSAS CONSTITUTION TO REPEAL THE PROHIBITION AGAINST AN ATHEIST HOLDING ANY OFFICE IN THE CIVIL DEPARTMENTS OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS OR TESTIFYING AS A WITNESS IN ANY COURT.

How the hell did this ever get passed in the first place? What happened to that religious freedom crap that Americans came here for in the first place? What's worse is that Arkansas isn't the only state with a law like this on the books, five (5!) others do as well.
