Some stayed on the scene some fled.?Johnston was known by his friends as "R.J."."It?s just a tragedy," said Megan Thompson, Johnston's friend. "He was such a nice kid and a good friend to everyone that knew him."I just can?t believe it happened to a kid like him and a family like that," Johnston added. "He was like a brother to everybody that knew him. He always made everyone laugh."Johnston, the captain of McGuffey High School's soccer team as a senior, is survived by his parents as well as a brother and a sister."I try not to think about it," Thompson said. "I?m more angry than upset at this point."</div>I'm very sad to hear this considering I went to school there and lived right on the street where the young man was murdered my junior year.
