Guys I need some help setting up the internet for the 360. It brought the ethernet cable, and I think I have to connect it to the cable modem...but that ethernet cable is really short, and there's no way for it to reach the TV. Are there any other ways?

Or you can buy a longer ethernet cable so that you can connect it from your router/modem to your console if the current ethernet cable isn't long enough.Another option is to go ahead and buy a wireless network adapter for your 360 if you have a wireless network set up. But the bad thing about this option is that the adapter is $100 in stores, and the cheapest I've seen it go for (other than eBay) is about $70. My cousin was able to get a used one for around $20 off of eBay though.

Around 99.99% sure. My roomie just plugged one in, so somehow I doubt that it is unique unless I wasn't paying attention at all.

So expect me to post my gamer tag in a few weeks.
