Adams was stiff-arming Yang out of his set position and sometimes out of bounds, clearly should be a foul.
What should Yang be told to do? No player in the NBA can stand their ground in that situation.
Yang can't grab Adams' arm.
I'm inclined to think Yang needs to learn to flop when Adams shoves him and extends his arm all the way.

Disclosure: I've wanted Steven Adams as a Blazer since before C.J. was drafted.

And actually, though Adams would not help with the Blazers' need for a mobile, rim-running, healthy, 3-shooting, back-up center, I'd still love to have him working with Clingan and Hansen on a daily basis. Dude is just a beast and a pro.

Hansen needs work physically, quickened feet on D, and English. His entire game needs work because he's a rookie. He has good beginnings of NBA skills, and I'm glad he has a foreign-born center as a coach.

Great to see him crushing it down there! Mac McClung had 54 points the other night in a G-League game. Crazy the difference in the level of play at that level. I remember when we sent Luke Babbitt down and he did his Larry Bird impression killing it in the D-League.

didn't Babbitt have back-2-back 40 point games in g-league?

not many recognizable names there. Ingram with 474 games. Deni has played 409 and NBA seasons are twice as long

One thing I noticed was spacing. Once we can generate enough fear from behind the arc, that will give Yang some room to do what he can do by keeping guys outside more.

the good news is that there are still pieces of steven adams inside yang hansen's arm every time he takes the court. so in a way, he's a blazer.
