Suppose you could trade Hansen Yang for a pick in the 2026 draft. What's the lowest pick you would accept?
To answer my own question, I would target #32, because Brooklyn wanted Yang and has so much youth already that it's probably looking to unload its second rounders. (I'd take #43 as well. But to be honest, I'd take JUST #43 for Yang, but that's because I can see where this is heading).

Unlikely to happen? Kinda depends if Dundon cleans house before the draft.

We've seen a lot of new NBA owners the last couple decades and I think normally they've kept the existing GM in for at least a couple years. Often they have shocking moves early on that the new owners push for (ie Suns, Mavs, Jazz, Clippers, Nets, etc) but its normally been the existing GM from the prior owners.

It would be a lot of work for a new ownership group to interview and overhaul the front office and they've probably just spent a lot of time/effort closing the sale so seems like they might normally want to take a few years to evaluate current leadership before doing a change.
That is my thinking as well. I just don't think you buy a team without talking to the GM and then having at lest some idea what you want. You would think the existing GM would try to honor that vision so yeah at least a year or two.
