Tanaka underwent minor surgery to remove a bone spur in the elbow. Has had it done before in past off seasons.

Luke Voit underwent surgery to take care of his sports hernia.

The big one is Aaron Hicks. Will undergo Tommy John Surgery on Oct 30th. Is expected to miss 8-10 months.

well now we need a CF preferred one that can lead off and bat left handed

Perhaps we would entertain signing Francisco Lindor to play SS keep DJ at first and Gleybar at 2nd

Gardy is back with hicks news. And if we don't acquire a starter for CF tauchman also did a good job out there this season. Luke should have had the surgery long before this as with both the injury and his related slump the yanks were never putting him on the PS roster.

Watching Joe Maddon's Press Conference I'm Happy for The Angels always liked him.

Great, just great.

I'm starting to believe that some of the Yanx' injury woes with both pitchers and position players has something to do with conditioning. No team can be this unlucky.

I Agree Ron it's Unreal.

I just Heard The Astros have Fired General Manager Brandon Taubman as per Ken Rosenthal.

Hicks won't be back until June as per Bryan Hoch.

Yeah, I agree.

And Bregman might be the worst but like I said he kinda reminds me of a 3B version of Gardner. You hate him if you're playing against him but privately, you'd love to have him on your team.

There's an old Porter Wagoner tune called "Tell Her Lies & Feed Her candy" The Yankee Brass has not fed the fans candy but they sure have told some big lies about the injury/return status of players. The conditioning, training, and medical staff associated with the Yankees needs to be held accountable . Players like Severino and Hicks were give generous extensions then hit the sick books. Ellsbury is a franchise disgrace akin to Pavano and Stantion is riding right in that wake. I'd like to see the Yankees rein in on some of those dollars they are passing out.

The 2015 Ravens had a similar FUBAR. We lead the league.

Lose the first two at home and the owner has to sack somebody. The 12 run game two took him there. Taubman probably had bad breath too.

Ha!...I remember watching Porter Wagoner on TV as a kid...Dolly Parton, who was a regular, was a mere child at the time, and was electric, even back then.

Yeah and last year ('18) Boner said that Stanton was going to carry his team and he let Sanchez slide on that embarrassing game at Tropicana. In '20 we'll see more BS from Boner and Cashman both. Per Sherman Hicks will be out until June of '20 with the Yankees looking at Tauchman, or possibly re-signing Gardner,

Judge had 2 RBI's (same amount as Stanton)in the post season, not a lot of people talking about that

Bring Gardner back. He gives fans comic relief.

HA ha,,,,,I predict the Nationals will go 4-0, thereby justifying our revenge against the team that barely beat us. 200wJHOQ1VPRColbert loses it.gifSuffer Astro Dogs
