Yankees all prospect team

A lot of prospects look exciting and promising until they reach the big club.
I happen to believe the Yanks do have good prospects and a couple WILL do well at the ML level when their turn comes. The Yanks just don't make the commitment to let them sink or swim with the big club partly because the Yanks choose to sign big name free agents- and partly because they (Yanks) are usually in the pennant race and prefer to go with "veteran" types who they believe can handle "the pressure" better than the youngsters....by the way, at the crucial points of the heated races in August and September, those young players will already have had a couple/few months under their belts (if they were here from the start), and should be primed to shine - if they're for real - during crunch time...or at least do as well as some re-thread "veteran".

There's 3 or 4 kids down there who need to be promoted to the ML level sooner than later and allowed to step up to top competition.

3B, 2B.1B and RF are positions as of now, that should/could be made available (reserved?) for young players from the system. By this I mean..the Yanks should infuse a couple of kids who have progressed well in the minors into those positions and allowed to play there until/unless they fall on their faces!

Players have to come from SOMEWHERE - obviously, there are teams who are able to populate their rosters with a good amount of home grown talent.....you just can't go to a grocery store and pick them off the shelves.
The Yankees better get with the program--> young players in their early 20's just beginning their careers are sometimes just as good as mediocre journeymen "veteran" free agents -
..and, some of them (kids) have a chance of becoming SPECIAL players, for many years.
