Yankees make another trade

I think putting Jaret Wright back with Leo Mazzone could be huge for his career though. He had his best years under Mazzone. Britton is okay, but he had a Over 5 post All-Star Break ERA when he probably was starting to get figured out a bit. Yankees could have done better IMO.

Britton was decent but Wright hopefully will be good for us with Mazzone.

this trade worked for both of us...Yanks got omething for nothing (like everyone said) and the Os get a good skilled pitcher, and reunites him with his pitching coach

Yankees could have done better IMO.</div>Think of it this way: When the Jets were going to cut Cowart for cap reasons but got offered a 7th round pick from the Vikings in return for him, we pulled the trigger. True a 7th round pick was less than Cowart's value at the time, but we were going to cut him anyway, so we won out by getting a free draft pick. While Minnesota probably won MORE than we did (getting a short term starting MLB), we still got something for nothing.

It's not like he's been a stud before his injuries like Wood and Prior were.
