So did I Rob. These asshats were talking about Harvey and the Mets until the Yankees took the lead....now they are ranting and raving about the Yanks. Now I have a frog in my house....Jesus I just want to watch the game!!!
 
What's with Gardner? He had totally fallen over the edge.
Can't bunt, steal and now hit.........and just love the way
he throws a baseball from outfield.....four bounces to second base.
Oy. Vey. That's an all-star for ya! LOL

A Big bullfrog Lil'...? I miss Bullfrogs, hell we don't even have toads in this shithole desert......Nothing like a Frog Leg Dinner, damn fine eating.........

One year ago; (prior to moving to the East side of the Mojave, from the Western edge); we found in 1 week, on different days, Ferrel Texas Brown Scorpions. We have plenty of little 1 inch Scorpions, which are the norm here, but not those damned 6 inch+ long Texas Browns.......I won't even ramble on about the 3 Mojave Green Rattlers, I found in the house.........

Thank God for Steve Irwin in His days, if it weren't for Steve'O, I'd of never learned to catch those fkrs, I hate snakes, period....,.

I was not happy the way the Yanx Brass played the "hold out" game with Gardner's contract in ST 014, what a disgrace, is he really worth 12.5 Mil.....? Rubber arm, weak toooo.....has only stolen 19 bases, - Pitiful...!

With Gardner, Ellsbury and Gregorius, I expected a helluva lot of SB's, but we've seen just the opposite,.....as fast as Didi gets down the line, why only 4 SB's.....?

I don't know the weather here has been weird. I get lizards, toads and frogs alot. I hear alot of bats but thank god none of them have entered the premises....lol

I don't like Bats either, saw this elderly woman a few years ago, literally worked herself up so bad; because she had a Bat tangled in her beehive hairdo; she had a heart attack, (no shit),

do you get Gecko's on your windows?

I miss those too, we had those in the many years I lived in Luzianna, both as a kid, then again from 98-01 1/2.......
 
So, the Yankees will move back to two games behind the Blue Jays in the loss column. I hope for an exciting series up in Toronto.

the summer I graduated from H.S. I hitch-hiked from here to Atlanta, picked up a good buddy, and headed for Fla.

An un-believable summer. We partied like the fools we were, and saw all Fla., had to offer........

Some of the young ones on the board, were in disbelief, that we could go into any nightclub, bar, buy hard liquor at 18 back then. Is it still that way in Fla....?

Yes, after the Jays lost 2 of 3 to the Bosox, (which I didn't see coming, I don't think anyone did). I didn't think the Yanx could make the Mutts look like school kids either, my bad call.

Now I see Tulo is out, for how long no one is saying.......The Yanx in fact are not out of the Pennant race at all, may the Yankee God's smile down upon them.......and bless them with good luck......
 
After listening to their fans after Friday night's game I'm glad they drubbed them these last two. Outscoring them 16-2.
 
Sabathia has been a September surprise, and I didn't think he'd ever be able to convert from a Fastball SP to a Finesse SP........

surprised all Yanx fans IMO........
