Tow horror stories in one day, left the game in the third, saw that "The Shining" was on, forgot about the game. Then I came back to check the score finding the inevitable news.

Twins are now eliminated. If Texas holds on the Astros can eliminate the Angels tonight and clinch the final spot.
And if the Yankees lose both games and the Astros win both games the Astros get HFA because they won the season series 4-3

I'm besides myself, due to my TWB cable box taking a shit late last night....fk TWB-C.
a blessing in disguise, to not have to watch today's rout....??
damn it, I had 6 NCAA FB games, scheduled; along with both the Stro's and Halo's pursuit of the illustrious WC.....
Gotta' say tho' I despise this WC set up, it has made for an interesting last week of MLB for Fans, sitting on the edges of their seats, watching, waiting to see who will be in P.S.
I still favor 4 divisions, or even the best 2 AL/NL teams play in the LCS's for the right to a W.S.
just one of 100 reasons, TWB-C co-joined at the hip with Guggy's Grandson, is a fkn joke, and will change the course of MLB History, (at this rate) - by paying Millions for non-contributing roster players to go home.

Also: maintaining 9 Pro-worthy players at every position, b/t the big team, AAA, and AA. I thought I'd never see a Gold Glover sent down to AAA, due to depth that is ridiculous.
Or- handing out contracts to DL players, who either are waiting for Major Surgeries, or re-rehabilitating from one, with no guarantees, other than guaranteed monies, or fat fkn bonuses to sign, (if there's not guaranteed contract $$$).
With all their depth, one would think, surely a Team like this, could find 3 SP's worth a shit, other than the clones of Koufax/Drysdale. Not a bad idea if one can afford such, as well as a bloated Luxury Tax......
