No problem Ron, we all know the reason why. Let me just say he better not start anymore nonsense because if he catches me with a hair in my ass, It's not going to be pretty, you guys have YET to see me completely lose it. lol

FOX Sports reports that the Nationals are discussing a trade involving Brandon Phillips of the Reds as per Ken Rosenthal.
 
Okay Lil, I'm glad you restarted this thread. We'll keep on topic & hopefully CURRENT. Actually I was starting (a little) to feel bad for the guy & had already decided to curb things a bit. So......any more "AS PER" trade talks that we need to know about sweet lady?

And as I finish this I see you just posted one regarding Phillips.

Phillips is going to be 35 in June & is still due $27M over the next 2 years.

It's not your fault Rick, you were actually being nice and I can understand why Rob lost it because that's what he wants. I refuse to engage in the nonsense and just continue to post the "Trade News" now as far as Phillips, I don't know what the Nats are looking for but they have been pretty quiet so far.

CBS Sports reports that Todd Frazier is being traded to the White Sox in a 3-Team deal as per Jon Heyman.

Wow, I got to sleep in til 10am, with eyes still glazed over, I could of swore this said "traded to the White House", time for Java, and a face wash to get the sleepies out of these eyes...

Did they mention who the 3rd team was or the players involved? Wait a minute, stupid me, if they did I'm sure you would have shared. Never mind.

That kind of tells me that Frazier will be going to the Red sox since they're going to need a 1B.

Wasn't Napoli the Red Sox 1st baseman last year?

Not a bad deal for some back of the rotation insurance. The guy has a rubber arm and can eat innings where they need him to.
 
MLB.Com reports that the Nationals have shown interest in free agent Daniel Murphy as per Bill Ladson.
