CC Sabathia (knee) began throwing bullpen sessions 3 weeks ago as per The Daily News.

Masahiro Tanaka "can't really say" if he will be ready for Opening Day, needs to get innings in and see how he feels as per Bryan Hoch.

...so our opening day starter may or may not be pitching opening day?...nice.

And so the nonsense begins already. Just give the ball to Severino.

I hope Luis wins 20 games, now that would be sweeeeet...!
Tank too, but then that may be asking for too much.....yep, let the games begin...~!

Yankees and LHP Aroldis Chapman avoided arbitration by agreeing to a 1 year 11.325 million contract as per Ken Rosenthal.

Btw guys I saw a picture of him on Twitter and it looks like he gained a lot of weight, we shall see.

1- Money well spent, one of the few signings over the last couple of years, or hell in a decade, that makes good sense......

2- I don't get why the Yanx have held onto Mr. Crooked hat, he's not been consistent since he was with the M's....(in any respect, other than the one constant crooked hat or head).....

...I am barred from commenting on the Yanx' off season and upcoming season because reportedly, I am prejudiced against Cashman and every move the Yanx make.

...I've checked myself into the same rehab center that CC attended...hopefully, when I'm released, I'll then see everything with rose colored pinstriped glasses.

...with more counseling, and perhaps even with the help of a lobotomy and massive doses of librium, I'm confident I'll be a true Yankee apologist in 2016.

Glad your getting the help you need Ron. Feel better. :rotfl:

Just don't hesitate to let someone know if the straps are to tight Ron.

We must of just passed coming and going, at the counselor's office. I was drooling too much to know for sure, who was passing by. Drooling, from the Tranquilizer - Cocktail shot they stung me with, or it could of been the electrical shock therapy, I can't remember....?

they said "You can't get along" in the Bleeding Hearts Club, then they sent me to a special room, and did this to me....:smiley-elektro:

Yet, still my glasses are redder than crimson scarlet hell......maybe they'll transition to rosy pink or red, ...takes some getting used too after seeing navy blue for several lifetimes.....that's part of the problem they said, they think I was born before my Dad....

...I'll feel so badly about my glaring transgressions...especially since I know that as a "true fan" I should always back everything they do, no matter what...and if by chance, I view something about the Yanx as less than encouraging, I should not, by default, in any way view it in a negative light, and certainly not be vocal about it.

...again, I know that I should realize how lucky I am to be a fan of such a great franchise that has a brilliantly constructed rosterI because we all know that mediocrity always intimidates and dominates the competition... and it's only right that I should be content with this mediocrity.

...and so I apologize to all of the other posters and "true fans" of this great organization, as well as the Steinbrenners, and Cashman, who have worked so tirelessly in order to provide us with such an inspiring Baseball juggernaut to watch and root for.

According to Yankees pitching coach Larry Rothschild, Masahiro Tanaka (elbow) looked good in his first bullpen session as per MLB.Com.

Ike Davis decides to sign a minor league deal with the Rangers instead of the Yankees as per Jon Heyman.

One game away from playing in a LDS instead losing to a team with a WORSE record.
THAT'S ALL I KNOW.

AH SHIT!! There goes #28

...Yeah, and I realize I'm just a bad fan because I have the gall to voice my displeasure with the current state of the team...and because I refuse to be a Yanx fan who is content with mediocrity...sorry, but they don't give out WS rings for that sort of performance.

...and I'm the only one on this board who is dissatisfied...I'm so ashamed of my behavior...I should be banned and forced to wear a Pink Red Sox hat.

...^^^
1- "dissatisfied", the only one eh? Does being down right pissed off count? Or having zero tolerance and Faith in Trashman and Hank too-?:cool2:

2- I would lend you my Red Sox hat, but the only one I have ever had remains in my camping equipment; and serves as an emergency port a potty........:devilwink:

was that Thorazine, or Lithium they stung ya' with 59...? I can't recall what they used on me, one of the 2???

I had to slither out the door, but the slobbering path made it a bit easier to slither.......! and I can't remember shit, didn't the Yanx win the WS last year????

Matt Harvey said Monday that he is open to signing a long-term extension with the Mets as per Newsday.

Y'all have the right to voice your opinions and disappointments,
AND YOU KNOW IT- and I also wasn't satisfied or happy with last season......but I just haven't been convinced the 2015 Yanks were "pathetic" with no hope in sight.
