The reliever Maddon sends out on the mound and the top of the 6th, looks like he just graduated from Little League to high school.
Judge drives a ball to RL and Stanton GIDP!!!

The Stat that has ate the Yankees lunch all year

Herget defines pencil necked geek and strikes Gallo out looking!

Another Yankee GIDP to end another inning.
©Yankees ™
®™GIDP™ !!!

I am sick of this Season
Loogy Luege bounces a 80mph curve 5-6 feet IN FRONT OF THE PLATE, this is not Cricket!!!

Watching this game is self inflicting Torture.

Blake and Bubblegum Blowing Bubbles Boy blew this one innings ago.

Rizzo doubles
LMHU singles
Judge fist in fights one off to RF, scoring LMHU.
Stanton. SF, Rizzo scores

Yanx 4

Grounding into Double Plays (GIDP), will hereby be known or referred to as a "Yankee".
Last night, Gardner, Gallo, LMHU, and Stanton (2X) hit a Yankee, for a total of, 5X.
10 out of 27 Outs were "Yankees" (GIDP's) which equates to an unbelievable, unacceptable 37% of the time or Outs made!

The Yankees have grounded into 127 double plays. Far more than any other American League or NL Teams. Only two other teams, the White Sox with 107, and the twins with 101 GIDP's.

All other American League teams have less than 100 GIDP's.

Well, realistically, I suppose the division race is pretty much over now, but at least we didn't lose much ground in the W/C during this 4 game skid.

...and playing that 1 game playoff at home is a must.

Cole will turn the skid around,... hopefully.
I'm stoked to finally see Cole, it's only the 2nd game televised all freaking year with homeboy Cole on the mound.
I was reading Cole handed out approximately 50 tickets to Family and friends, for tonight's game. He will have a large Yankees Fans turnout. I bet tonight's attendance will be 2/3rds Yanx Fans. He will definitely have his own cheering section.

Yeah Matts...hopefully, Cole will stop the bleeding...that is of course, if the offense decides to come back out of hiding.
