I think Boone takes the hit. They won't fire Cashman even though he has done a horrific job with this roster.

I dunno...if the Yanx don't make the PS, I hope they get even worse for the remainder of this season and if the Yanx continue to draw mediocre crowds and/or attendance continues to drop, maybe Hal would have seen enough and he cleans house.

No left handed hitting to speak of, the offense is grossly erratic, as is the starting pitching and relief pitching ...and though Hal may publicly appear to blame it all on the players, ultimately, himself and Cashman and Boone should be held accountable.

No WS in 12 years is acceptable if you're a Pirates fan but it's unacceptable if you're a Yanx fan.
