He was, but Paxton still doesn’t look sharp is what I’m referring to. Gio should’ve been closer to the line, but Paxton needs to tighten up.

Maybin looked terrible there lol. Just curious why, if we added Hicks to the bench, he isn’t in instead of Maybin. Better fielder, typically better bat, better arm.

Yeah, I noticed that in the first inning...fastballs up, breaking balls down. And most of his FBs are out of the zone...Yanx need to be patient.

He may a bit rusty...has not pitched in 9 days...hopefully, he'll find his rhythm.

And that’ll do it for Paxton. What a shitty start for him. His “great” stuff that Joe Buck kept referring to was his fast ball but he couldn’t find the strike zone with anything else. He was pretty awful tonight. God help us because now we need 6+ innings from the bullpen. I feel like Houston is about to blow this game wide open here.

Curious what happens if Green gets outta this with no damage done. What do we do for the 4th? I’m hoping no Lyons or Cessa tonight because if they come in, that means this game is a blowout.
