What also surprised me were the ovations A-Rod got when he came up to bat. Many even standing. And if that didn't turn your stomach I also saw quite a few Rodriquez jerseys.

But, looking at the brighter side, if Hutchison is the Jays' ace/opening day pitcher,.....and Buerhle is also one of their top 3 starters......
The Jays BETTER score ALOT of runs over the course of our 162g schedule.
Hutchison can strike out batters.....and ...unless he resolves his location/BB issues he'll have another year with 4.00+ ERA.

Not concerned with the Jays yet. Ho hum

It is what it is....not bad SO FAR for a 7th place batter.

Yes, but regardless of the complaints Arod being here isn't going to change. This was a garbage three hit opening day performance. Like I said bigger complaints and problems. Garbage spring training hitting carried over. When do these idiots hit?

As I've said before this would have been the perfect year to give the kids a shot. Hey I don't normally wish bad on anyone but this year I'm hoping Teixeira, & Beltran go down with injuries & Drew goes back to hitting sub 200 so we can call up players like Judge (RF), Bird (1B), & Pirela or Refsnyder (2B).
