i will post about players execution, and the coaches responsibilties, that is what this board is intended for.... you have your moments about a certain individual(s) on this team that you continiously post about, my feelings are different, after all, the player you continously cry about is put out there by whom?

Because you go out of your way to make connections to Girardi about everything. Even when they don't exist. Yeah it's Girardi's fault Drew didn't go the other way against a pitcher nobody in the lineup is hitting. What sense does that make?

...lol...sorry, but no...at least messiah's bashing is not limited to one individual...he's an equal opportunity basher...while you on the other hand are relegated to bashing Girardi only.

I'm wrong on some occasions but I do make an attempt to have the bashing make sense. I don't go out of my way to connect dots that are non existent.
 
funny, overall i watch very little of the yankees , the little i do see, girardi's decisions are questioned by every commentator there is, some of them even actually played the game.

I don't think anyone expected 1-1 in the top of the tenth going into this game.

I think your key comment is you watch very little. Considering I watch the games like most on YES I'm not sure which commentators you're referring to.

...they may very well question Girardi, and there's nothing wrong with that...the difference is that unlike you, it's not the only thing they talk about.
 
An absolutely terrible 1-2 pitch to Bautista burns the Yankees. Pinder I have no idea how you hang a fastball over the plate there. Just a hideous pitch.

Well unless the Yankees come back in this one the lead is cut to 3 1/2.

I'll be curious to see if joe send up a pinch hitter for Mr. 190 Drew.
 
Guys forgive me here, I don't mean to sound like Pasta but seriously. Only throwing 6 pitches in the 9th there's absolutely no reason why Girardi couldn't send Miller out for the 10th inning. Absolutely no reason at all.
 
That makes 2-5 against Toronto during this season, not good for a division championship. Pitching was good, offense shit the bed thane you get some punk like Pinder to screw the pooch.
 
This one will be on the offense. Even though Pinder made a horrific pitch it's not surprising the Jays finally connected.

Then you lose Miller tomorrow when you might really need him. Using your words from earlier this year.

...I'm guessing it has to do with the fact that he may be needed again in the series...besides, scoring 1 run vs the jays ain't gonna get it done anyway.

Vic I'd agree if he threw 20+ pitches in the 9th but we're talking 6 pitches.
 
I shold have gone to Tropicana and watched De Grom, against the Rays, at least they won.
 
The bottom line is that after tearing it up this offense has four runs in the last three games. The bats needs to wake up against a tough Price tomorrow.
