Oh I know I look at that site from time to time, but I was talking about the regular game boards on ESPN, You know the Facebook format.
 
In a seven game series the percentages in all sports always favor the so called better team winning. It certainly doesn't always happen as while the Torre Yankees had a lot of success they had some bad loses as well.

Oh yeah that's just a bunch of complete nonsense. That's why I vowed to use it again once they ended the regular message boards.

I never really check them out all that much but I do remember seeing some screen names referencing you. Also, I think it might of been Rick at one time mentioned there was a discussion going on about you over there a while back. I wouldn't expect anything less from people who turned leaving ESPN into some war.
 
...from time to time I read a few posters comments on reddit (stoney and a couple of others) but that's about it...I got blamed for some things on the espn board before it closed down, some were true, most were not...but in some of their minds I was guilty and there was no way I could prove otherwise, so denying it did me no good.
...if those individuals still hold a grudge there's not much I can do about it...not that I care.

Post deleted...sorry Ron!! The game is postponed. Single Admission Doubleheader on Saturday. Now we can really blame Rick.
 
Didn't want a doubleheader but those are the breaks.

Toronto➡losing team on the road.
Maybe two games in one day will cause more harm to THEIR pitching staff.
And....Yanks could be 1st place by the end of tomorrow.

...Since Saturday is a day game, it's possible that in about a 24 hour period the Yanx could conceivably go from being 1 1/2 out to either 1 1/2 up or 4 1/2 out.

...needless to say, tomorrow and Sat/Sun are huge.
 
Was just looking at the Weather Forecast, as said previously, doesn't look like this game will be played, yet I've not heard if the game has officially been postponed..........

all thru this weekend, its gonna' be wet in the Big Apple.......

No telling when these showers will let up, no telling if these 2 could work in a doubleheader either......

Even out here where were fkn lucky to get 8 inches of rain a year, there's flash flooding 50 miles east of here, while all we get is the fkn clouds, still not heavy enough to dump their contents, rather make it unbearable with humidity and 100+ degree days.....and this is supposed to be and once was a very arid desert.......

It didn't have to be that way. Frankly, I cannot stand the Reddit layout and the way the pages work. This is a much better setup by far so I'm happy. Plus, as a big hockey fan most of the ESPN Ranger fans I like are here as well.

thanks for the update, (I failed to look back far enough on pg 1)

Last thing any teams need this time of year, is an exhausting double-header, but this is what seperates the Men from the Boys, the stamina to play 2.........

even tho' the Weather Report is showing showers thru the A.M. the field should be fine, and Seve has an extra days rest, to hopefully mow down, those Canucks.........wait thats Hockey......!
