Why isn't Tyler Austin playing? Christ enough with Tex and these veterans who haven't hit all season.
 
...saw today that Tex says he's "staying put" as far as going to Miami...thanx Tex, aside from your defense, I'll be glad that I won't have to watch you defiantly hit into the shift when the whole other side of the IF is wide open...you're a real team player.

...saw that they finally moved DiDi up to 3rd...but Christ, why is Tex still batting cleanup?....should be Judge's spot considering that he playing a hot hand right now.
 
Damn, I was hoping that Tex would go to Miami, Suth Beach is nice at this time of the year. He could hob nob with the local celebs, visit with his old buddy "A" reminisce about '09 and draw 6 million in pay for that. Damn. Maybe he'll cut himself shaving and go on the DL Pineda tonight God help us best have better "O" than last night.
 
Nice job by Didi giving the Yankees a 1-0 lead. Too bad Ellsbury and Headley lead off with strikeouts. Girardi is just like most managers or head coaches. They will never stop unless you take their veteran toys away from them.
 
Said it in another post..........Get Ellsbury out of lead off spot. He's done shit. But Girardi has a tendency
to be stubborn with his redundancy in placing players in the line up order. It's just getting ridiculous
with his poor on base percentage.

I agree. It's ridiculous watching the same nonsense all season long.
 
Yup, keep putting the only ones hitting at the bottom of the lineup. I enjoy watching the veterans fail in the top spots.
 
"The Bronx Baby Bomber's" are arriving; in delivery mode, no longer R&D players, rather full blown 'production' players...

nice shot by Sanchez, would love to see Judge repeat again today, and why in the sake of the Bambino's name is Austin not in the lineup, or better yet, why is Tex even on the field in lieu of a permanent bench fixture....?

Yeah - and Girardi must also stop batting him and Gardner 1-2.....I still can't figure out what the attraction is of having these two at the top vs LHP.
