IMO, what needs to happen is for both Gardner and Frazier need to sit and start Tauchman instead....Sanchez needs to sit and start Higgy instead.

Gardner, Frazier, and Sanchez can ride the bench while Tauchman and Higgy show them how the game should be played at bat and in the field.
