BaBoone’s managerial moves, even with this 5 run lead, makes me uneasy. He acts on impulse....
something that prevails throughout the game.

Gleyber is El Fuego! Singles in run # 9. This kid comes thru big time! Now, if somebody
with a brain can convince this manager to bat Gleyber in more prominent lineup position
and give Mr.Stanton a deserved rest, alongside Sanchez, on the pines!

Who lit a fire under Gardy? Hits HR for a romping 11-2 lead.

Yep, you thought he was gone but that old Cockroach Gardner stepped up for his team, again!

I would never have imagined that this team put on such an offensive show against Bieber & Co.!

You are right. I wanted him off this team.....since Day 1. He’s surprised me tonight.

Cole has 11 SOs, most by any Yankee pitcher in postseason history.
Cole accomplished this evening’s game with Yankee postseason record of 13 Ks.

Those hits and HRs are what I call “A-Rod hits,” because they always come when there’s no pressure and the win/loss is already sealed.

During the '09 season the Yankees played Boston Beckett vs AJ Burnett. A-hole won the game for the Yankees hitting a walk off in the bottom of the 15th. That is the only somewhat cool memory I ever had of A-hole Yankee Performances.
