Mancini hits ball up the middle and all Betances does is lifts his leg. Is a pitcher taught to field
his position?

piss poor pitching by the pen in conjunction with Boners mismanagement damn near cost this game.

Offense looked good, combinations of small and big ball. Judge looks like he's getting into shape with the bat.

Game Recap-
Too close for a team with 3rd best record in MLB vs the very worst record in MLB. Vs an Orioles team with their worst franchise record since they were the 1939 St Louis Browns...

Can't get a Tarot card or Crystal ball read on a team this supposedly good, :swami::stirthepot::swami:
Not when they allow 8 runs in a game this close . This team would die without the long ball and as said throughout the season; (also aforementioned herein by most) - this Bullpen is nothing special, not "every picture tells a story"...neither do stats...

BP allowed 7 Hits and 6 Earned Runs in 3-IP ...

Good thing kept Chapman's ass remained glued on the bench ...
This game could have been blown wide open by the Gloryh-O's...
Showalter's contract expires at the end of the season; I doubt he would take Fort Knox to continue on with this shit excuse of an O's team...

Allegedly the Orioles will be looking for a younger "charismatic " individual in the styles of Hinch, Cora, and Boner. That snivelbox Mark DeRosa is considered a candidate.

Hicks -CF
Judge -RF
McCutchen -DH
Gregorious -SS
Voit -1B
Walker -3B
Torres -2B
Romine -C
Gardner -LF
th1IA2HSQQ.jpg Look. look. There it is. Boone moved Stanton out of cleanup.

It's hard to believe Biggie only won two since the All Star break. Great day out there. Got to wear my Yankees jersey with the pride of a peacock.
I hope baBoone's not caving into Stanton, who might be whining, saying he's tired .
I do hope baBoone found his nuts fumbling around while scratching his ass; and told Stanton and Sanchez theyr'e sitting down with their noses in the corner of the dugout; with dunce caps on for all the world to see.

Stanton the last 15 games:
58 AB's/ 24 SO's/ 8 BB's/ 9 Hits (2-HR's); his K-pctg is higher than his .244 OBP% /.155 B'Avg / a .444 SO%

Does Andujar need a breather?
If Miggy doesn't need a breather, then Boone's a fkup injecting Walker.

Sanchez- I swear he needs glasses...

Boone has no legit DH- ....
not without sacrificing someone in the field.
I'd rather see Cutch in LF, than Gardner's limp noodle arm. Ntm- McCutchen's has had a better OBP% his entire career...

Perhaps the plan is to move Gardner out of the field and into the help wanted line.

Exhale. This was one ugly win. Yet, it was a win! Hitting was there; the pitching was not!

One day a Yankee miracle called chemistry can happen. I hope to see it in playoff games.
