While the fans like the kid position players, in turn lets appreciate the Greens and Cessas in the rotation. Facing Bundy is a good assignment, if Green is equal to the task the Yankees should be OK today. Getting to really like that Torreyes kid at third.

These are big games for the experience and development of a couple of the young pitchers. Very valuable for the Yanks to get this opportunity to begin finding something out about Green, Cessa and even this Heller kid. From the one inning I saw from him yesterday, he has a good fastball with alot of life and a very decent looking breaking ball. He broke two bats and the hitters were taking defensive swings. Only one inning but he is highly regarded and his limited AAA numbers were also consistent with his rep.
I think the Yanks just may have a pretty darn good late inning reliever in the mix. We'll find out.

Anxious to see how Green handles this kinda crucial game vs a good club. Very important games for these young players.

Nice recovery by Green, another one of those "character builders" that Crack Town Team can mash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's too another bopper by Sanchise....

I hope Torreyes, has a one month long hitting streak, keep Headley where he belongs on the bench....

Good to know that the Yankees now have comeback capabilities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's struggling early in the game...gonna be tough- I'll be surprised if he goes into the 6th.
On and off, up and down- he's still an inconsistent work in progress and as long as Green remains competitive he'll get a few more starts down the stretch in "big" games. Hopefully Yanks will get a more positive read.

The O's are 10-10, in their last 20 gms; only a .500 ball club in the last 20 games, ....

12W- 15L in the last month, never been under .500 this year, yet look like a bullet train to hell, (on the fast track)....

Sanchez's arm should be registered. Wow!!

You mean its not registered as a Rifle or Cannon??? I thought he carried a Concealed Weapons Permit....

Wow another bomb from Sanchez, and he is throwing runners out too.

wtf- Back to back jacks, Trumbo and Davis, damn near Schoop too.....

.....where's Swarzakshitsack, on a train to the Mexican Leagues, I hope....?

An Assassin behind the plate, and with a bat....wow, its been ages it seems, since a rookie showed us incredible bat discipline, as well as stellar defense...

Castro, I hope this kid is a part of the Yanx Youth Movement (age 26), w/#18 on the Year, and a total of 10 Ribbies vs the O's this year alone.......

holy Schmidt, Hicks can hit too, with his "hot licks"....

did I hear right, Yanks 23 HR's in the last 14 games.....?

Ells gets his hit of the game. Only Player NOT to get a hit so far, Capt. Fkn Fantastic and His Sailin' Shoes..........O-fer....!

If someone would of said, come August, we will have a Catcher, who will hit more HR's in his first 23 games, than Tex will have all year, I'd say your breaking my balls.......!!!

Rob are you talking to yourself again???

Like I said a day or 2 ago closest thing to this with the overall tools behind the plate, arm and hitting with power like this is the cincinnatti kid, Mr. Bench

Saw an article written during the Orioles/Nationals Series that the Orioles bopped dingers like the old Yankee Teams. Gues whatthe new Yankee Team is bopping them as well. The domino effect of A-rodham going and the new kids comin has had a major positive lift to this team.

Good to see them smacking around the O's bad pitching. Keep it going!

I noticed that, the O's gave the (highly over-rated, always favored) Nats, hell, taking 3 of 4, call it a lost sense of security on the O's part....
O's 22 runs, Nats 16 runs, in that Series....

Only game the Nats won was Scherzer's. I wouldn't be surprised to see any team ranked #1 to begin their September Free-Falls.....

Not because they are winning............it's how they are winning has got my juices going. Now,
this is real fun.

...^^^ amen. Yanx baseball has not been this exciting to watch in years...

I'll refrain** from calling our GM, "Trashman", until he proves to us, he won't fk up this wet dream, by not putting all the pieces of the "baby bombers" puzzle together, in their proper places; or trades the wrong pieces (players)....**well maybe not...!

Well said cage. Now, I'm watching yankee games on beautiful sun shiny days again instead of going to the beach or fishing
